Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Missing Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@annasaid.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
